Sarah is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Pilates teacher, and former college Dance instructor with over 20 years of experience in physical therapy. She specializes in Pilates-based stretching and strengthening as a form of rehabilitation. Sarah is delighted to be part of the Origin team and considers it an honor to work alongside such dedicated and knowledgeable therapists.

Her B.A. is from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York, where she focused on Literature, Languages, and Contemporary Dance. She later completed her Master's degree at UCLA in Contemporary Dance and Education, which led her to teach college courses in Dance technique, composition, and history before transitioning into her physical therapy career.

Sarah's progressive and creative educational background has equipped her with strong critical-thinking skills, allowing her to design individualized programs tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs.Her passion for exercise physiology, therapy, dance, and Pilates has significantly enriched her career in physical therapy. Over the years, Sarah has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients in various settings, including outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and renowned hospitals such as Cedars-Sinai and USC.

Sarah’s expertise in understanding musculoskeletal conditions and employing effective rehabilitation techniques has helped countless patients recover from injuries and manage painful conditions, ultimately enhancing their quality of life. She is especially dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for patients during every physical therapy visit, particularly when addressing sensitive pelvic floor issues.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Sarah now enjoys an active lifestyle on the Westside. In her spare time, she loves exploring museums, attending the ballet, cross-country skiing, biking, hiking with friends, and discovering charming French cafes.
