At Origin, we're on a mission to make pelvic floor physical therapy a standard part of covered healthcare services across the United States.
Here's What You Need to Know:
- In-network clinics: Many of our clinics are in-network with a variety of commercial insurers. Check your coverage based on your location here.
- Virtual care: Get in-network virtual care with most commercial insurers. Check your coverage based on your location here.
- Medicare - Part A: Accepted everywhere, in-person and virtual locations.
- Medicare - Part B: Get in-network care at all of our in-person clinics, as well as in-network virtual care in California and Texas.
- Medicaid: Please note that we cannot accept Medicaid at any of our in-person or virtual locations.
If we're not able to bill your insurance directly, patients can easily request a superbill for out-of-network billing by sending an email to info@theoriginway.com with the particular dates of service for which you are requesting a superbill. A superbill can help you recover a significant portion of your visit costs – often up to 50% to 80%.
