At Origin, we're on a mission to make pelvic floor physical therapy a standard part of covered healthcare services across the United States.
Here's What You Need to Know:
- In-network clinics: Many of our clinics are in-network with a variety of commercial insurers. Check your coverage based on your location here.
- Cigna members: Enjoy access to in-network virtual care in most states.
- Virtual care in CA and TX: Get in-network virtual care with most commercial insurers.
- Medicare and Medicaid: Please note that we cannot accept Medicare or Medicaid, with a limited exception for Medicare at some TX locations.
If we're not able to bill your insurance directly, patients can easily request a superbill for out-of-network billing from their Origin dashboard. A superbill can help you recover a significant portion of your visit costs – often up to 50% to 80%.
