Nazly began her journey in physical therapy with the hopes of one day specializing in Women’s Health. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the joint program at the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University. There, she presented research on the benefits of pelvic floor exercises integrated with Game Therapy to treat urinary incontinence in peri-menopausal women. She also completed additional coursework focusing on the Movement Systems Impairment framework to treat pelvic floor conditions. She participated in several clinical rotations in orthopedic, neurologic, and pelvic health settings where she learned the value of utilizing a holistic approach when providing treatment and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health care. Nazly enjoys treating various pelvic health and orthopedic conditions providing manual therapy and exercise-based approaches as needed. Outside of the clinic, Nazly loves watching movies, swimming, and spending time outdoors with her partner and son.
