What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment, we do require at least 24-hours notice. This will allow us to find a different time for you to continue your treatment while also allowing us to provide care to patients waiting to be scheduled.

Canceling within 24 hours of a visit (or not showing up) will lead to a $50 fee. If this happens three or more times, the fee is $75.

We require all clients to have a credit card on file after their first visit. Any late cancellation fees incurred will be automatically charged to that credit card. If you have any questions around cancelling you can always reach out to our team.
