Samantha Rihn, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Sam is a graduate of South University's Physical Therapist Assistant program and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, set to graduate in May 2025.
Her passion for physical therapy was sparked by a personal journey—after suffering a back injury and undergoing surgery in 2020, Sam experienced firsthand the transformative power of physical therapy in restoring mobility and alleviating pain. With two years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, Sam has treated a diverse range of patients and conditions, with a particular focus on low back pain due to her personal experiences.
She has developed a deep interest in pelvic health physical therapy, inspired by the challenges faced by many of her friends after childbirth. Sam has completed several continuing education courses in pelvic floor therapy and is excited to join Origin, where she looks forward to expanding her expertise and making a meaningful impact in this specialty.
Outside of her professional life, Sam enjoys attending live music events and musicals, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Leo.
