Natalie Cerda, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Natalie is a Southern California native who has spent most of her time in Highland Park. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience from Lewis and Clark College before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University.
Her passion for physical therapy began while working as a medical scribe in a pain specialist’s office, where she became fascinated by the complexities of pain. She was drawn to physical therapy’s holistic approach—addressing movement, lifestyle, mindset, and overall well-being. During PT school, she discovered her enthusiasm for pelvic health therapy, helping individuals with pelvic dysfunction regain confidence and feel empowered. Growing up in a Hispanic culture, she understands the challenges of discussing sensitive topics and strives to create a supportive environment for her patients.
Natalie completed Kaiser Permanente’s Orthopedic Residency program and is currently advancing her expertise through the Persistent Pain Fellowship. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to support those navigating chronic pain.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her Boxer mix, Astro, making memories with family and friends, hanging out with her twin sister, and trying new workout classes.
