Melissa Orlowski Lee, PT, MSPT
Physical Therapist
Melissa started her career as a physical therapist working in orthopedics, chronic pain, and women’s health. She developed and led programs for prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation while also working in outpatient and inpatient settings. She earned her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Spanish and her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
After a rewarding career pause to stay home and raise her children, Melissa returned to her passion for physical therapy with a renewed focus on women’s health. Since women’s health issues are rarely discussed openly or represented in mainstream media, many women feel isolated and unaware that help and effective treatments are available. Given her firsthand experience navigating the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopause, Melissa is committed to creating safe and compassionate spaces for women of all ages and stages, to listening and connecting with her patients, empowering them with education, and giving them personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and optimal well-being.
Melissa lives in San Francisco and loves spending time with her family and friends, walking her sweet dog, Savy, traveling, hiking, and playing pickleball and mahjong.
