Physical Therapist Assistant

Towson

I graduated from Penn State University’s Physical Therapy Assistant Program. I have 20 years of experience working in orthopedics and neurology at Inpatient Rehabilitation, Long Term Care and Outpatient settings, and am excited to join the TO THE CORE team. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher with a 200-hour teacher training in Vinyasa yoga from Charm City Yoga and recently completed the 20-hour Pelvic Floor Yoga™ teacher training with Leslie Howard, which is a practice designed for clients who have pelvic floor conditions such as pain, incontinence and prolapse. I love incorporating a whole body approach emphasizing alignment, breath work and core strengthening into a patient's treatment plan. I live in Baltimore with my husband, daughter and son where we spend our free time exploring local nature trails, hanging out at the neighborhood pool and enjoying family movie nights.
